Soni & Soni, Advocates & Attorney is committed to making this website accessible to as many people as possible, including visitors who use screen readers, magnification, speech input, or keyboard-only navigation.

1. Standard we aim for

We build this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We treat that as a working target we test against, not a badge, and we keep checking as pages change.

2. What we do

• Semantic HTML landmarks and headings, so screen readers can navigate by structure.
• Visible focus rings on every interactive element, and full keyboard operability.
• Text and interface colours checked against WCAG 2.2 AA contrast ratios.
• Text that reflows without horizontal scrolling down to 320px, and stays legible at 200% zoom.
• Descriptive alternative text on informative images; decorative images hidden from assistive tech.
• Form fields with programmatically associated labels and inline, text-based error messages.
• All motion and animation suppressed when your system requests reduced motion.

3. Known limitations

Some parts of this site are not fully under our control, and we want to be straight about them:

• The embedded Google Map on our Contact page is a third-party component whose accessibility we cannot modify. Every office address and phone number is also given as plain text on the same page, so no information is available only through the map.
• Some older articles in our journal may contain images whose alternative text is thinner than we would like. We are working through them.
• Documents linked from the journal may be provided in formats we did not author. Ask us and we will supply the content in an accessible format.

4. Tell us about a barrier

If you cannot reach something on this site, or a page is difficult to use with your assistive technology, please tell us. Email info@soniandsoni.legal or call +91 90993 00668. Describe the page and what went wrong, and we will respond and, wherever we can, fix it. If you need information from this site in another format, ask and we will provide it.

You never have to use this website to instruct us. You can reach us by phone, email or WhatsApp, and we are happy to take instructions and give information by whichever route works for you.
