What's included
Everything your company registration needs
Choosing the right entity is a decision you live with for years. We help you pick a structure that fits how you intend to raise money, share ownership and pay tax, then handle the paperwork end to end.
Structure advice & name approval
We talk through private limited, LLP, OPC and partnership options in plain English, then reserve a name that clears the MCA's naming rules and doesn't collide with an existing trademark.
Incorporation & MCA filing
We prepare and file the incorporation application with the Registrar of Companies, including director identification, digital signatures and the supporting declarations, and respond to any resubmission the MCA raises.
Constitutional documents
We draft the memorandum and articles of association, or the LLP agreement, so that share classes, management rights, transfer restrictions and exit terms reflect what the founders actually agreed.
ROC annual compliance
We keep the entity current after incorporation: board and general meeting records, statutory registers, annual returns and financial statement filings, and event-based filings when directors, capital or the registered office change.
Simple, transparent, fast

Documents drafted, not downloaded
Articles and LLP agreements written for your actual arrangement between founders, rather than a template that quietly leaves gaps.
Compliance that doesn't lapse

Company Registration, your questions, answered
Should I set up a private limited company or an LLP?
It depends on how you intend to raise capital and share ownership. A private limited company suits businesses that expect outside investment or want to issue shares and ESOPs. An LLP is often simpler to run where the partners are the only owners and external equity funding isn't planned. We'll walk you through the trade-offs for your situation.
What is a one-person company, and is it right for a solo founder?
An OPC is a company under the Companies Act, 2013 with a single member and a nominated successor. It gives a sole owner limited liability without needing a second shareholder, though it carries restrictions the other forms don't. We'll tell you honestly whether it fits or whether a private limited company serves you better.
What documents will I need to provide?
Broadly, identity and address proof for each proposed director and shareholder, proof for the registered office address, and consents and declarations from the directors. We send a precise checklist once we know the structure, so nothing is collected twice.
How long does incorporation take?
It varies with how quickly documents and digital signatures come together and how the MCA processes the application. We give you a realistic timeline at the outset and tell you promptly if anything shifts, rather than quoting a figure we can't control.
What compliance is required after the company is registered?
Companies must hold board and general meetings, maintain statutory registers, and file annual returns and financial statements with the Registrar of Companies. Event-based filings are needed when directors, share capital or the registered office change. LLPs have their own annual filing obligations. We maintain a calendar so these are handled on time.
Can you help if my company's filings are already overdue?
Yes. We review what's outstanding, advise on the consequences of the delay and bring the filings up to date. Where a director or company has been struck off or disqualified, we'll explain the routes available to address it.
Let's protect what you've built.
